Please join our 11th annual flag planting honoring our GWOT Fallen Heroes.

Our Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) combined casualties from Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, New Dawn, Inherent Resolve, Odyssey Lightning, and Freedom’s Sentinel, as confirmed by US Central Command, total 7075.

A flag will be planted to honor the service and sacrifice of each Fallen GWOT Hero.

What to bring: We have learned that cordless drills with a long 1/2-inch bit work fantastically! Screwdrivers or any creative tool for planting flags will do!

This is an all-ages community event! We welcome everyone to stop by and plant a flag to remember our Fallen Heroes’ ultimate sacrifice and collectively create a beautiful tribute once completed.

The flag garden remains up for 10 days.
