Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art that combines meditation and healing. Yang Style 13 is a short form based on the 8 principles of Tai Chi and the 5 directions, making it perfect for beginners and beneficial for advanced students. Tai Chi promotes balance, mobility, and overall energy. Meghan has over 10 years of teaching experience. Their martial arts journey started with karate in high school, progressed to Kenpo and Kung Fu, and later focused on Yang Style Tai Chi, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. Meghan holds black belts in Kenpo and Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan and is a 500-hour certified Qi Gong instructor.
