This is a 45-minute interactive workshop on how to create a themed charcuterie board. Participants will receive a take-home cheat sheet with tips and tricks for arranging, styling, and pairing meats and cheeses. All ingredients for assembling a board are included, such as two assorted cheeses, one cured meat, fruits, crackers, nuts, jam, and more, along with 8″ x 5’5″ boxes for carrying the ingredients home.
